SharePoint ROI + Talking to CFO’s

There is also a nice example excel workbook which shows many of the calculations for ROI in an example SharePoint scenario. If you are a consultant and you don’t do ROI strategies? You should probably start. If you are working in IT, or involved in internal deployments of technology like SharePoint you should also be aware of (if nothing else) the concepts of ROI and how to evaluate ROI information.

I am in complete agreement with Paul’s well articulated thoughts on these topics (in relation to SharePoint) and highly recommend reviewing his series of articles on the subject.
